ST

ST is a triple-storey student accommodation in Burwood near Deakin University. Upon entering the building, the ground floor features a public communal space and shared amenities. Apart from these communal space, ST are features 16 private apartment units as student accommodation. However, the exterior of the building mimics that of a modern townhouse with that blends in with the surrounding residences. To add a touch of nature, ample amount of landscaping is designed into this proposal. Perforated brick walls and grass pavers allow visual connection to the living nature.
