The Oligo is a double storey townhouse development that focuses on providing a modern lifestyle while also appreciating the beauty of natural building elements such like timber. On the first floor balcony, timber screens provide a visual connection from the interior to the greenery outside while also providing safety. The soft curves around the balcony delicately open up the space to bring in more natural light. Timber fences and various plants flanked the driveway as if being in a botanical park. Moreover, timber screens and the pergola with creeper plants attached provides a sustainable solution to provide shading while also improving personal well-being and air quality.
